My Handsome Brother Just Finish Shopping

This is my 1st time visit china. I went there at march 2006, it's just few days after the Chinese New Year. There is no that worst as I think last time, where toilet no door or the road is full of rubbish. It's totally different all the toilet is clean and got door, further than that some shopping complex toilet even put small flat TV at the toilet door, can let you enjoy even went u making boomMmMmmmm. I so happy for the trip. I can get to see my grandfather and grandmother hometown.

Terowong Smart Run 2007

This my second long distance run, which i completed on 11 March 2007. it's need 2hour 45min to complete this 13km run. That day i just get to make 2 hour sleep before i come for the race. so after complete this larian terowong smart, i can feel my whole both legs like just get knock by a big stone so dam pain. On the next day lucky i have take leave from my job, if not whole day only can sit. every step that i move it's like pulling a huge stone at your leg is so heavy to make each move.

This happen on last Sunday. That is my 1st time running for so far distance, it's about 8KM run. The most happiness part is that i can completed the race. A fat guy like me want to walk from home to basketball court just only 1km run also lazy.
